TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STORMCHASE LTD WHOLESALE
1 MINIMUM QUANTITY 1st ORDER £350.00 of Stormchase products
(Subsequent orders can be less than minimum quantity but subject to shipping)
2 PAYMENT TERMS 1st sale, payment before delivery. Thereafter, 30 days after delivery.
3 MINIMUM RETAIL PRICES Same as Stormchase prices and no undercutting. Discount prices are allowed at sales time.
4 SHIPPING COSTS Minimum quantity and over free. Under minimum quantity shipping costs will be added.
5 ORDERING PROCESS If products ordered are not in stock, 4 to 8 weeks will be required for the manufacturing and delivery process.
6 DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE Delivery of orders if in stock will be within 7 to 10 days. If products are having to be manufactured, 4 to 8 weeks will be required. Once goods are delivered the buyer has 7 days to notify if there are any defects, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with description or sample.
7 RETURNS AND EXCHANGE For defective items, a replacement will be sent out within 7 days. If out of stock on that product we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
